How fast is delivery?
We pack within 1–2 business days and ship via SingPost Tracked Letterbox, which typically arrives about 2 working days later — straight into your letterbox, no need to be home. You'll get a tracking number by email.
How much is shipping?
S$2 flat, and free on orders of S$25 and up. Singapore only for now.
How do I apply the patches?
Three ways: iron on (cover with a thin cloth, press 15–20 seconds on medium-high, no steam), sew on for anything that gets heavy use, or use fabric glue for delicate materials. Once ironed or sewn, they survive a gentle 40° machine wash — turn the item inside out first.
What are the mini charms made of?
Each charm comes with a hanging cord, sized for shelves, bags, keys, and rearview mirrors. Exact sizes are listed on each product page. Please note: they contain small parts and are not toys — not suitable for children under 3.
What does “surprise pick” mean on some patches?
Some designs come as a family (same character, several poses). For those, we pick one for you — that's what keeps them under S$2. If you have a preference, leave an order note and we'll do our best.
Can I buy a set as a gift?
That's what The Gift Box is for — it arrives wrapped and ribboned, ready to give. For any other set, leave an order note that it's a gift and we'll leave the invoice out.
Something arrived damaged — what now?
Email just.living.essentials@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to post anything back.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Popular designs usually return within a few weeks. The email list hears about restocks and new drops first (and gets 10% off a first order).
